Two men have been arrested on suspicion of robbery following an incident on a train yesterday (Wednesday).
The incident occurred on board the 9.37pm King’s Lynn to London King’s Cross service as the train travelled between Hitchin and Stevenage, shortly after the victim boarded the train at Baldock at 10.52pm.
The victim was approached and had jewellery, headphones, an iPhone, a jacket and other items stolen before leaving the train at Stevenage Railway Station
Officers from Hertfordshire Constabulary attended and arrested a 17-year-old boy from Watford and an 18-year-old man from Luton, who both currently remain in custody.
