North Herts ME Support Group holds a Winter Social and Open Meeting to socialise over afternoon tea on Sunday, there will also be a short general meeting of the group. Feeling down after Christmas and suffering from the SAD syndrome, then go along, and join in the fun to raise your spirits, from 2- 4.30pm at The Settlement, Nevells Road- from 2 -4.30pm.
