A man has been taken to hospital this morning (Thursday) after a metal gate hit him and trapped him.
The ambulance service was called at 10.24am and dispatched a rapid response vehicle, an ambulance and the hazardous area response team to the scene at Little Wymondly, Hitchin.
The casualty, a man believed to be in his 40s, suffered trauma injuries and was taken to Lister Hospital for further assessment and treatment.
