A MAN charged with raping a 13-year-old girl will appear at crown court tomorrow (Friday).
Frank Smith, 18, faces two counts of rape on the Welwyn Garden City teenager. It is alleged the incidents took place in Hatfield between February 11 and February 19. Smith, of Myers Road, in Potton, has been remanded in custody.
* Two 16-year-olds were also arrested in connection with the incident. One was bailed by police and the other was released without charge.
