A 28-year-old man has been remanded in custody charged with driving while disqualified, having no insurance, drink driving, obstructing a police officer and resisting arrest.
Nadeen Younas, of Norwich Close, Stevenage, was arrested in the early hours of Monday morning and appeared at Stevenage Magistrates' Court on Tuesday.
His case was adjourned until next Tuesday.
