A man has been arrested and charge with theft after a mobile phone was stolen from a 27-year-old who was having a heart attack in a Stevenage underpass.
Dennis Driscoll from Sefton Road in the town was arrested this morning in connection with an incident at an underpass off St George’s Way on October 25.
The victim, a 27-year-old man, had been sitting in the underpass as he felt unwell – not realising he was having a heart attack – when he had his black and white iPhone 4s stolen.
Mr Driscoll, 42, is appearing at Hatfield Remand Court today.
