A MAN has been charged with threatening a blind man in the street in Stevenage.
Ashley Moore, 28 of Tippett Court in Stevenage is charged with using threatening words or behaviour towards the victim in the night time incident sometime between August 15 and 16.
Two others, a 17-year-old boy and a 26-year-old man both from Stevenage were arrested but released without charge.
Moore will appear at Stevenage Magistrates Court on November 28.
