A MAN accused of intimidating a potential witness in a case has been remanded in custody.
Darrel Anthony Brothers, 27, of Fairleas, Sittingbourne, Kent, has been charged with intimidating a witness in Hitchin in November last year.
Brothers, who appeared before Stevenage Magistrates on January 2, did not enter a plea.
He will appear before magistrates again, via videolink, on January 16.
