A MAN has been charged with indecently exposing himself to a woman jogger in Hitchin.
The Watford resident was charged following an incident in Bancroft on Wednesday.
The man has also been charged with a public order act, namely using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour, in Cowslip Hill, Letchworth GC, on July 27.
He will appear before Stevenage Magistrates’ Court on August 17.
Hertfordshire Constabulary are asking anyone who has any information about these incidents or who may have been a victim of similar offences to contact them by calling the non-emergency number 101.
