A 19-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure.
The incident is alleged to have happened at the entrance of Fairlands Valley Park, in Stevenage, at 12.30pm on Wednesday April 29.
Detective Sergeant Pheobe Butfoy said: “We are appealing for anyone who may have witnessed any inappropriate behaviour of this nature, in or around the park entrance, to contact us as soon as possible. You may have information which could help our enquiries.”
