A MAN has pleaded not guilty to a charge of sexual activity with a 14-year-old girl while he was working as a school caretaker in Hitchin.
Brian Palmer, 51, from Biggleswade, appeared at Luton Crown Court on Tuesday.
It is alleged that between January 4 and February 28 last year he intentionally touched a child by kissing her and putting his tongue in her mouth.
His trial was fixed to take place on August 7 this year and is expected to last about four days.
Palmer, of Dells Lane, was granted bail.
