A WOMAN has had a lucky escape, after walking away uninjured when her car flipped.
The incident happened this morning (Friday) in Arlesey Road, Ickleford, at 7.10am.
The East of England Ambulance Service were alerted, and crews from Letchworth and Hitchin attended. The woman, believed to be in her 40s, was checked over by paramedics but did not need to go to hospital.
EEAST spokesman Gary Sanderson said: “We are urging the public to take care today. If you are venturing out please wrap up warm and be mindful of the slippery conditions. If you are driving, watch your speed and take your time.”
