The public have been asked to establish what changes should be made in Hertfordshire to help make the NHS better for local people.
Healthwatch Hertfordshire – an independent body who represents people’s views on health and social care – is launching the campaign, ‘What would you do?’ to encourage people across the county to share their views on changes they think should be made to help improve the service.
Geoff Brown, chief executive of Healthwatch Hertfordshire, said: “We know that the NHS works best when people’s voices are heard. This is a once in a generation chance for local people to help decide where this extra money from government should be spent in our NHS services in Hertfordshire.”
Staff and volunteers will be at Lister Hospital from 10am until 2pm on Friday, April 26, to find out what people think.
People can also share their views in an online survey via healthwatch.co.uk/what-would-you-do-general.
