Lines reopened between Hitchin and Cambridge after 65-year-old woman struck by train in Letchworth

Railway lines have been reopened between Hitchin and Cambridge after a woman was hit by a train in Letchworth this morning.
There are expected delays of up to 30 minutes until at least 2.30pm, and some services between Hitchin and Royston may have been cancelled.
The 65-year-old woman was flown to Addenbrooke’s Hospital in Cambridge with severe leg injuries.
