The Liberal Democrats have held the Stevenage Manor seat. Philip Mead retained the seat for the party with 1427 votes. Runners up were Susan Smith (Con) who polled 1144 votes, Joseph Sherry (Lab) 711 and Mark Rowe (UKIP) 210.
