A MAN charged with three sexual offences against two females pleaded not guilty when appearing in court yesterday (Tuesday).
Thomas Horne, of Birds Hill in Letchworth GC, appeared at Cambridge Crown Court and is accused of raping a girl in Hitchin between May 1999 and May 2000.
Mr Horne is also charged with two counts of indecent assault in Stevenage – one on a girl between August 1978 and August 1979, and one on the same female between January 1982 and December 1983.
The case was adjourned until October 4 for an application for joinder, to join the charges to the same indictment.
A date for the trial has been set for January 30, 2012.
