Letchworth man pleads guilty to charges of theft and fraud

A 39-YEAR-OLD man has pleaded guilty to charges of theft and fraud.
John (Phillip Charles) Jones of Northfields, Letchworth GC, appeared before Stevenage Magistrates Court on Friday and was given a three-month sentence suspended for 12 months after he was accused of stealing a Natwest bank card and charged with four counts of fraud by false representation.
He was also told to pay compensation of £250 to the injured party and £500 to the Royal Bank of Scotland.
