A Letchworth man who was arrested after an allegation he watched a 14 year-old boy get changed in a Hitchin Swimming Centre cubicle has been bailed for a fourth time today.
The man, arrested in September 2014 on suspicion of observing a person during a private act, has been bailed until May pending further police investigations.
It follows an incident at the pool in Fishponds Road on August 1 last year.
