A Letchworth family are hosting a fundraiser complete with disco and raffle to raise money to help with hospital visits and equipment for their unborn baby – who has sacral agenesis.

Couple Jade and Luke Costa are welcoming people to come along to the event at Arlesey Social Club on Saturday to raise money for baby Rowan who is missing his tail bone, has clubbed feet and has only one working kidney.

Jade said: “We would like to thank everyone who has supported us. Not just the donations, but the messages, hugs, baby items and help looking after our daughters while we are at appointments.

“We also thank Arlesey Social Club for letting us use the venue, and everyone who has donated raffle prizes so far.”

The event, which starts from 7.30pm, will include a children’s tombola, face painting, sponsored fire walk and raffle prizes including a seaside chalet weekend away for six people, two hours of gardening maintenance and more.
