The leaseholder for a hotel has gone into administration.

Barinbrook Limited, the leaseholder for The Cromwell Hotel on High Street, Stevenage, confirmed that it had gone into administration.

Zolfo Cooper, appointed joint administrators over the company yesterday (Wednesday).

Peter Holder, partner at Zolfo Cooper, said: “We are assessing the available options and would like to thank the staff for their continued support and professionalism during this process.”

The hotel has a total of 76 bedrooms, a bar, a restaurant and six function rooms.
