Boro's reward for beating Workington 2-1 on Saturday is a trip to Aggborough on Saturday, March 13, before returning to the Lamex Stadium a week later.
Boro's last clash with Kidderminster in the Trophy was the 3-2 victory in the Final at Wembley in 2007.
In the other semi Salisbury will welcome either Barrow or York to the Raymond McEnhill Stadium before travelling away the following weekend.
