Is Morrisons coming to Hitchin?

MORRISONS could be coming to Hitchin, with an online advert seeking a store manager in the town.
The job advert, which has been posted on the supermarket’s website, says the chain is looking for a store manager at its M Local in Hitchin, even though no such store yet exists.
M Local is a smaller version of Morrisons, similar to a Tesco Express or Sainsbury’s Local.
The Comet has contacted the supermarket to find out further details and is awaiting a response.
