AN inquest is due to open this afternoon (Wednesday) into a young man's death in Belgium.
Tom Merry, 26, of Willian Way, Letchworth GC died after his motorcycle was involved in an accident in Middlekerke on October 28, 2007.
Tragedy struck when he was returning to his studies at the Leuven Business School in Belgium after a weekend visit home to see his family.
Mr Merry was a student at Lordship Farm School and The Highfield School in Letchworth GC before going on to graduate in architectural engineering at Loughborough University.
The inquest will be held at the Hertfordshire Coroner's Court in Hatfield.
