If you are living with, or caring for, someone who is experiencing mental health problems; if you are feeling stressed and need someone to talk to; why not meet up with Carers in Hertfordshire who are a friendly group of people in a similar situation and they support each other, with professional help. They have all found it helpful having someone else to talk to who understands and has been there. They meet on the last Monday in the month at St Michael's House, Norton Way South, LGC, from 7 - 9pm- go to the lighted door by the car-park at the back and knock quite loudly. For information on Carers in Hertfordshire, ring either Nilmani or Sue on 01462 482238, the meetings are on Monday, April 24, May 22 and June 26.

Toy and Model Swapmeet: A wide variety of toys and models for sale at this bi-monthly event at the Plinston, Broadway.7- 9.30pm, on Tuesday, April 11.
