Images of stolen gardening tools have been released after a theft from a van.

Thieves took several tools from a Ford Transit van which was parked outside its owner’s house in Bedwell Crescent at some point between 5pm on December 12 and 12.30pm on December 15.

The items taken include hedge cutters, blowers, a strimmer, radio and a brush cutter.

Investigating officer PC Chris Cowell said: “We are appealing to anyone who may have seen the crime take place, knows about the stolen items, or who may have even been offered them for sale, to get in touch as soon as possible.”
