ILLEGAL motorcyclists who have been riding on footpaths have been warned that if they do not stop, their vehicles will be seized.
Herts Police received reports of the motorcyclists using paths in Gosmore and Charlton, near Hitchin, at the weekend.
Steve Oliphant, neighbourhood sergeant for Hitchin, said: “We have received complaints about motorcycles being used in an anti-social manner over the weekend and are continuing to conduct patrols in the area.
“We would like to remind members of the public who use these vehicles in an anti-social manner that we will seize you vehicle if we find you using it in this way.”
