In the latest Letchworth Arts and Leisure Group's newsletter that the next two walks by the very long distance walkers sub group will be from Kings Cross to Letchworth Garden City. Firstly, I am amazed that a group of people will be walking this far for fun and secondly, I wonder if they will get back faster than some of the trains from Kings Cross. Seriously though, we generally have an efficient fast track service from our town to the capital - 27 minutes at best (for the trains that stop at only a few other stations) and that cannot be bad!
