PRESIDENT of Stevenage and Knebworth Round Table, Christopher Saliba, presented two Freeview digital televisions with DVD players to the isolation ward at Lister Hospital in Stevenage.

Ward sister Clare Palmer said: "The isolation ward is an essential part of infection control within the Trust, and some patients need to stay with us for quite some time. It's wonderful to be able to offer the distraction of a bedside digital TV so patients have a wide choice of entertainment if they feel well enough to watch.
