Stevenage children are in for a treat this Easter when kids TV stars and lovable bunnies, Bing and Flop head to the Roaring Meg retail park.
On Good Friday, the cuddly stars of the children’s books and TV show, Bing, will hop along to the park at intervals between 11am and 3.30pm when adoring fans will have the chance to meet and have their photo taken with the popular characters.
Phil Huby of Aberdeen Asset Management which owns the park, said: “Having Bing and Flop in Stevenage is going to make for a fantastic Easter at Roaring Meg. We’re delighted to be able to welcome characters from Bing to the retail and leisure park and we can’t wait to meet them both.”
As part of the shopping park’s free event, parents and their children will also be able to enjoy fun Easter activities.
These will include face painting and an Easter egg hunt. Times to meet the characters are 11am, 12pm, 1.30pm, 2.30pm and 3.30pm.
