Offers to new courses starting in January, starting Tuesday Bright Wings of Summer, tutor Brian Sawford explains the delights and natural history of butterflies, moths, dragonflies and birds etc. Starting on Wednesday our Very Own Daytime Star, tutor Roger O'Brien explains how the sun works and weather permitting will provide an opportunity to observe it safely by telescope. Each course consists of 10 weekly sessions from 10am-11.45am in Bancroft Hall at Bancroft recreation ground. Enrolment at first session, the fee for each course of 10 sessions is £33 (£23.10 if over 60). All WEA courses are free to students who receive means-tested benefits, unemployment benefit or job seekers allowance and to students dependent upon someone receiving such benefits. Bancroft Hall has access and facilities for the disabled.
