A FACEBOOK page has been set up to fight against potential development on Hitchin Town Football Club’s Top Field.
The page, which so far has 58 members, has been set up by campaign group Save Top Field, which is opposed to relocating the club to Green Belt land and selling off their current ground for development.
As well as a section to post comments, a poll has been set-up to get people’s views.
The next committee meeting of the group will be on Monday, September 10 at 7.30pm at The Angel’s Reply in Bedford Road.
Between now and then, the group will be collating more information and seeking the possibility of starting up a petition.
