A HITCHIN teen will appear before magistrates today (Thursday), after being charged with the murder of Graham Snowden.
Nineteen-year-old Jordan Flattery, of West Close, Hitchin, was charged with the murder last night.
He has been remanded in custody to appear before Hatfield Magistrates.
