A Hitchin schoolteacher will have a dream day tomorrow when he meets one of his football heroes.
Steve Mills, 40, deputy head teacher at William Ransom School, was winner of the UK Teacher of the Year Award in a Primary School last year.
Tomorrow Mr Mills, a life long season ticket holder at Manchester City Football Club will be a VIP for the home game against Birmingham City.
The day of his dreams is because one of Mr Mills' pupils Ben Hankin, 11, started emailing City about how much their teacher loved the club.
His story will be in the match day programme and he will be guided around the ground by City legend Mike Summerbee.
"Thanks to Ben another dream has come true," said Mr Mills as he prepared for his big day.
