Hitchin’s Secret Garden launches Nurture Parenting Week

The Secret Garden in Hitchin launched its Nuture Week on Monday with the aim of creating a community hub that helps parents suffering with anxiety and depression.

The week will see special guests and experts giving talks, classes and treatments – including mum and baby yoga – for parents visiting the hub.

Pre and post-natal wellbeing experts and founder of MamaBabyBliss Justina Perry said: “It’s essential to provide support within communities on their journey through pregnancy and parenthood.

“We are delighted to partner with the Secret Garden and other local partners with our first MamaBabyBliss Sanctuary, dedicated to supporting women and families from pregnancy to three years old.”
