Hitchin railway event to be held

AN EVENT will be held this weekend commemorating a town’s links with the railway.
The Making Tracks event will be held at Hitchin’s Holy Saviour Church tomorrow (Saturday), with model railway layouts on show and displays from a variety of societies and other exhibitors including Network Rail, Hitchin Historical Society, and Great Northern Railway.
It starts at 10am and finishes at 5pm. Admission is �3, and children under 11 go free.
