A 19-year-old man from Hitchin has been rebailed over the collision which killed promising young golfer Jack Mudd.
Police confirmed the teenager answered bail yesterday on suspicion of causing death while over the prescribed limit.
It follows the death of 19-year-old Jack, after a blue Peugeot 106 he was travelling in overturned in Preston Road, Gosmore.
The car had been heading south from Hitchin when it crashed about 3am on October 4 last year – with the other occupant taken to Lister Hospital in Stevenage with facial injuries.
The man has been bailed until May 21 to appear at Stevenage Police Station.
If you have any information on the collision call the police on 101.
