A man has appeared in court accused of sex offences.
Vincent Mitchell, of Lodge Farm Cottages in King’s Walden, appeared before Stevenage Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday.
The 82-year-old is charged with two counts of indecent assault on a girl under age of 16, two counts of gross indecency with a girl under the age of 16, two counts of indecency with a boy under the age of 16 and one count of sexual assault on a female.
He indicated a plea of not guilty.
The alleged incidents date from May 1976 to July 2008.
Mr Mitchell will appear before Cambridge Crown Court on Wednesday for a plea and case management hearing.
