This year 85 per cent of pupils achieved five A* to C grades, with 25 per cent awarded seven or more A or A* grades.
Head Francis Manning said that although it was a drop on last years figures she was "very pleased" with the result.
"It's slightly less than last year, but it is a different cohort. This set of results is great for this group of students.
