A FOOD festival will take place in a town next weekend.
Hitchin Food and Drink Festival will take place both Saturday and Sunday in Hitchin Market Place.
There will be a number of cookery demonstrations from top chefs based at the town’s restaurants on Saturday, and Sunday will see a big community breakfast and a world record attempt.
Stalls, tasters, a beer tent and offers will also feature in the Hitchin Initiative organised event.
