Hitchin flasher admits outraging public decency

A 26-year-old flasher who exposed himself in Hitchin has admitted outraging public decency.
Daniel L’Affineur, of Walsworth Road in Hitchin, pleaded guilty on Wednesday to exposing his genitals in a public place in Hitchin on July 13, thereby “outraging public decency by behaving in an indecent manner”.
District Judge Jo Matson, sitting at Stevenage Magistrates’ Court, fined him £120 and ordered him to pay £85 costs and £30 surcharge – a total of £235.
