Hitchin Fireworks and community firm Ladder 87 are teaming up to light up the sky again this year.
In addition to the fireworks at Hitchin Priory on Sunday, November 4, there will be a roaring bonfire, local food and drink and a vintage funfair for the kids.
The traditional theme proved a hit with families last year, which saw the Priory grounds bursting at the seams.
This year’s event has won support from across the town, including lead sponsors Raymond James, Austin’s Family Funeral Directors and Anglian Country Inns.
Event manager Michelle Hoskin, from Ladder 87, said: “‘I have lived in Hitchin for the past 17 years and it gives me and the team a huge buzz to bring this event to our town. It has been amazing to see how much the community have got behind what we are doing.”
The fireworks event will be supporting two charities. Tickets are available from hitchinfireworks.co.uk.
