In a last ditch attempt to sway the electorate to vote ‘Remain’ in the EU Referendum tomorrow, the Labour battle bus made a tour around Stevenage with shadow foreign secretary Hilary Benn this afternoon.

The battle bus was launched last month, and has made a trip around the UK to try to persuade voters to remain in the EU.

Hilary was joined by East of England MEP Richard Howitt, who said: “For the ‘Labour IN’ battle bus to come to Stevenage for our big eve-of-poll push shows how important Stevenage is in Britain, in the same way that the EU Referendum shows how important Britain is in Europe. We’re working for every vote so both remain on Friday - and for the future.”

Polling stations will be open from 7am to 10pm tomorrow for people to have their say in the historic referendum.
