Herts County Council elections 2013: Conservatives hold Knebworth and Codicote

Conservative hold - Credit: Archant
CURRENT Knebworth and Codicote councillor Richard Thake retained his seat with more than half of the total vote.
It meant another hold for the Conservative party.
Turnout for the ward was 30.9 per cent.
