CELEBRATING its golden jubilee, the Citizen's Advice Bureau (CAB) is keen to get in touch with old faces to join in the celebrations.

The branch in Stevenage is eager to locate pioneering volunteers from the 1960s onwards.

Frank Haine, 80, volunteered from 1961 to 1966 and has already signed the special birthday book in the foyer at Daneshill House, Danestrete, Stevenage.

Director of Stevenage CAB, Marian Hurle, said: "The mayor kindly allowed us to place it there so that well wishers can add their tributes to a service that for 50 years has provided free, impartial and accurate information about their rights to the people of Stevenage."

Anyone who worked for the CAB in the 60s, 70s or 80s and wants to join the celebrations, write to Marian Hurle, CAB, Swingate House, Danestrete, Stevenage, SG1 1AF.
