More than 20 groups have signed up to take part in Hitchin’s annual Health & Wellbeing Day in the Market Place on Saturday.
The event, which runs from 9.30am to 1.30pm, is staged by the town’s four Rotary clubs to promote good health and raise awareness of organisations working in the sector and the help they can offer.
Among those who will be represented are Parkinson’s UK, North Herts Health & Wellbeing Partnership, Cardiac Risks in the Young, Medical Detection Dogs, Lister Kidney Association, Prostate Cancer Charity and Hope Alcohol and Drugs Charity and many more.
Exercise promoting organisations such as Pilate Pods, North Herts Ramblers and Health Walks will also be there.
