There are growing fears for the wellbeing of a pensioner who has been missing since this morning.

Arthur Phipps was reported missing from an address in Aston at about 9.30am but he is believed to have left the property at around 5am.

The 67-year-old is white, of medium build and around 5ft 8ins tall. He has grey receding hair and is believed to be wearing a pink/orange coloured jumper, green/grey trousers and black shoes.

Police said he is travelling on foot and as he has links to Hoddesdon they think he may attempt to go there.
