ANTIQUES Roadshow expert John Bly is coming to town.
He will be the guest speaker at the Stevenage Community Trust Celebrity Lunch to be held on Friday, December 1, at the Novotel Stevenage, starting at noon.
His particular expertise is in antique furniture but he is regarded as a very interesting and entertaining speaker.
He also writes and lectures and is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and a Liveryman of the Worship-ful Company of Gold-smiths.
Mr Bly's career began with Sotheby's where he worked for four years before joining his family business in Tring.
Tickets for the event are £32 per person. This includes a welcome drink and a three-course lunch.
