THE family of Natalie Close said all three deaths could have been prevented.
In a statement the family said: "We would like to express our gratitude to all those who attended Harrow Court on February 2, 2005, and our thoughts are with the families of Jeff and Michael.
"All three deaths could have been prevented, so if anything can be learned from this inquest, then they will not have died in vain.
"Natalie was a loving mother, daughter and sister and there is not a day goes by when she is not in our thoughts. She will always be missed.
"Natalie always measured her love in bundles. She left two sons who will always remember her, and, like us, will forever love her bundles and bundles.
