THIS Halloween, a whole host of activities are being held at Knebworth House and Gardens.
The Pumpkin Trail and Treats event from Thursday to Saturday next week includes pumpkin rolling, storytelling, a demonstration and activities with the Herts and Middlesex Bat Group. There will also be a goody bag for those aged between three and 16 who complete six of the activities on the trail.
Children are invited to bring their own pumpkins to enter the best dressed pumpkin competition, and there will also be a prize for the best fancy dress costume.
Other activities include face painting and brass rubbing and, for a small additional fee, youngsters will also be able to decorate a pumpkin-shaped biscuit.
The event, which begins at noon each day, will finish with a twilight bat walk at 4pm.
