My boss Stuart Kenny, Director General of the Heritage Foundation, walked around the whole of The Greenway (a hell of a long way) over the Easter weekend for his annual inspection. Stuart takes copious notes and passes on any problems or suggestions he sees to his environmental and landscaping staff.
